C&#039;est pourquoi nous vous pr\u00e9sentons ci-dessous les principaux types de pressostats et les pr\u00e9cautions d&#039;emploi.<\/p>\n<p>Quels sont les principaux types de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.airpressureswitch.com\/fr\/\">pressostats<\/a>Quelles sont les pr\u00e9cautions \u00e0 prendre lors de l&#039;utilisation des pressostats\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Les types de pressostats sont<\/p>\n<p>1. Antid\u00e9flagrant : les pressostats se divisent en deux cat\u00e9gories : antid\u00e9flagrants et \u00e0 usage sp\u00e9cifique. Les pressostats antid\u00e9flagrants KFT et Exd II CT1 \u00e0 T6, import\u00e9s, doivent \u00eatre certifi\u00e9s UL, CSA, CE et autres normes internationales. Ils peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s en zones explosives et en atmosph\u00e8res fortement corrosives. Les pressostats antid\u00e9flagrants offrent diff\u00e9rentes plages de pression et de pression diff\u00e9rentielle, de vide et de temp\u00e9rature. Ils sont couramment utilis\u00e9s dans les secteurs de l&#039;\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique, du p\u00e9trole, de la chimie, de la m\u00e9tallurgie, des chaudi\u00e8res, de l&#039;agroalimentaire, des \u00e9quipements de protection de l&#039;environnement, etc.<\/p>\n<p>2. Lorsque la pression augmente, les diff\u00e9rents composants de d\u00e9tection de pression (diaphragme, soufflet, piston) se d\u00e9forment et se d\u00e9placent vers le haut, via le ressort et d&#039;autres m\u00e9canismes, pour finalement actionner l&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure du micro-interrupteur et g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un signal \u00e9lectrique. Le r\u00e9glage des pressostats UE, selon leur principe de fonctionnement, se divise en deux cat\u00e9gories\u00a0: \u00e0 d\u00e9placement continu et \u00e0 force \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>3. Type \u00e9lectronique : De nos jours, le pressostat \u00e9lectronique est le plus r\u00e9pandu. Il remplace le manom\u00e8tre \u00e0 contact \u00e9lectrique et est utilis\u00e9 dans les syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le industriel exigeants. Ce pressostat int\u00e8gre des capteurs de pression de pr\u00e9cision qui amplifient le signal de pression via un amplificateur d&#039;instrumentation de haute pr\u00e9cision. Les donn\u00e9es sont ensuite collect\u00e9es et trait\u00e9es par un microcontr\u00f4leur rapide. Il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&#039;un affichage num\u00e9rique de pression en temps r\u00e9el par LED 4 bits, d&#039;une sortie de signal relais, de seuils de contr\u00f4le haut et bas librement param\u00e9trables, d&#039;une hyst\u00e9r\u00e9sis, d&#039;une r\u00e9sistance aux vibrations, d&#039;une r\u00e9ponse rapide, stable et fiable, et d&#039;une haute pr\u00e9cision (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00b1 0,5 % de la pleine \u00e9chelle, jusqu&#039;\u00e0 \u00b1 0,2 % pour les mod\u00e8les 0.2%F.S). L&#039;utilisation de r\u00e9glages diff\u00e9rentiels permet de prot\u00e9ger efficacement l&#039;\u00e9quipement de contr\u00f4le contre les fluctuations de pression dues \u00e0 des actions r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es. Il est utilis\u00e9 pour la d\u00e9tection, la surveillance et le contr\u00f4le de la pression et du niveau dans des \u00e9quipements de haute pr\u00e9cision. Ses caract\u00e9ristiques sont les suivantes\u00a0: affichage \u00e9lectronique intuitif, haute pr\u00e9cision, longue dur\u00e9e de vie, r\u00e9glage ais\u00e9 du point de contr\u00f4le via l\u2019affichage, mais prix relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9, n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une alimentation \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9cautions d&#039;utilisation des pressostats.<\/p>\n<p>1. D\u00e9termination de la valeur de r\u00e9glage et de la plage de pression : La plage de r\u00e9glage recommand\u00e9e se situe entre 30% et 65% de la plage de pression, et la plage de r\u00e9glage se situe entre 15% et 90% de la plage de pression.<\/p>\n<p>2. La forme de la diff\u00e9rence de connexion : r\u00e9glable ou fixe.<\/p>\n<p>3. Pr\u00e9sence de pulsations\u00a0: Si la pression pr\u00e9sente des pulsations ou des vibrations, il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019actionner le papillon des gaz pour inhiber les pulsations de pression susceptibles d\u2019endommager l\u2019instrument.<\/p>\n<p>4. Cas d&#039;utilisation d&#039;un diaphragme : lorsque la d\u00e9termination est corrosive, \u00e0 viscosit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e ou \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e, il faut choisir avec un diaphragme.<\/p>\n<p>5. N\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&#039;une protection antid\u00e9flagrante : la forme antid\u00e9flagrante est divis\u00e9e en antid\u00e9flagrante et \u00e0 s\u00e9curit\u00e9 intrins\u00e8que ; les produits Nagano sont majoritairement antid\u00e9flagrants.<\/p>\n<p>6.
