When the water pressure is lower than a certain value, the spring will return to its original state, the microswitch will be disconnected, sending a signal to the controller of the wall-hung boiler, indicating that the water pressure is abnormal, the wall-hung boiler will stop running, in order to prevent dry burns or other malfunctions. The water pressure switch is usually installed on the inlet pipe of the wall-hung boiler, and you can observe the change of water pressure through the display of the wall-hung boiler or the water pressure gauge.
Gas pressure switch is used to detect and control the gas pressure of the wall-hung boiler, which consists of a diaphragm and a micro switch, when the gas pressure reaches a certain value, the diaphragm will be held up, the micro switch will close, sending signals to the controller of the wall-hung boiler, indicating that the gas pressure is normal, the wall-hung boiler can be ignited normally and combustion. When the gas pressure is lower than a certain value, the diaphragm will be restored to its original state, the microswitch will be disconnected, sending a signal to the controller of the wall-hung boiler, indicating that the gas pressure is abnormal, and the wall-hung boiler will stop combustion, in order to prevent the gas leakage or other malfunctions. Gas pressure switch is usually installed in the wall-hung boiler gas line, you can through the wall-hung boiler display or gas meter to observe the gas pressure changes.
